OK, I have a domain, now what?

Hmmm, OK I feel slightly out of my depth, but that's fine, I have the domain, I just need to have some free web hosting thats all. I tried this one site which I wont name and they were terrible; horrible interface, didnt explain anything. I wonder if there's some sort of crash-course on the net somewhere... Must investigate.
